These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and digital products.
By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

  • Client / You – Any individual or business using Pixor IT services.

  • Services – All digital services including graphics design, web development, digital marketing, SEO, video editing, IT solutions, and consulting.

  • Deliverables – Any files, designs, content, or digital products produced by us.

2. Service Agreement

2.1 Project Approval

A project begins only after:

  • Discussion and confirmation of project requirements

  • Agreement on budget or price

  • Advance payment (if applicable)

2.2 Communication

All official communication must be done through:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Facebook Page (optional)

  • Phone

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Advance Payment

Most projects require 30%–50% advance before starting.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work begins.

3.2 Final Payment

Clients must pay the remaining amount:

  • After final delivery, OR

  • Before uploading the project to a live server

3.3 Late Payments

Late payments may delay delivery. Pixor IT may pause or cancel work if payments are not made on time.

4. Delivery & Revisions

4.1 Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on:

  • Project size

  • Client response time

  • Technical requirements

4.2 Revisions

We offer limited revisions based on the package.
Major redesign requests may require additional payment.

4.3 Source Files

Source files (PSD, AI, XD, Figma, etc.) are provided only if included in the package or purchased separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide accurate project information

  • Supply required content (text, images, login details, etc.)

  • Approve project drafts on time

  • Ensure legal rights to any materials they provide

Pixor IT is not responsible for copyright issues related to client-provided materials.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

After full payment:

  • The client receives rights to final deliverables.

  • Pixor IT retains rights to showcase work in portfolio, social media, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6.2 Copyright

Pixor IT may use licensed or royalty-free assets when needed.
Unauthorized resale or redistribution of our work is prohibited.

7. Website Development Terms (if applicable)

7.1 Hosting & Domain

Pixor IT does not guarantee hosting or third-party services.
Any downtime or server issues are the hosting provider’s responsibility.

7.2 Maintenance

Website maintenance is not included unless a separate maintenance package is purchased.

8. Marketing Services Terms

8.1 Ads Budget

Any paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) budget must be provided by the client.

8.2 Results Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on:

  • Market conditions

  • Competition

  • Platform rules

  • Budget

Pixor IT does not guarantee sales, followers, or ranking, but we ensure best professional efforts.

9. Data & Privacy

We follow Bangladesh Digital Security Act and general data protection practices.
Client information is kept confidential as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pixor IT is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data due to third-party services

  • Hacking, server downtime, or external attacks

  • Business losses or revenue loss

  • Issues caused by incorrect client information

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for that project.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy

11.1 Client Cancellation

If a client cancels:

  • Advance payment is non-refundable

  • Completed work will be charged accordingly

11.2 Project Abandonment

If the client does not respond for 15+ days, the project may be paused or closed.

12. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client violates guidelines

  • Abuse or harassment occurs

  • Misuse of delivered work

  • Non-payment issues

13. Third-Party Tools & Services

Pixor IT uses third-party tools like:

  • Plugins

  • Hosting providers

  • CMS

  • Fonts

  • APIs

We are not responsible for failure or limitations of these third-party services.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms anytime.
Changes will take effect once posted on this page.
